1. PURPOSE OF THESE STORE TERMS

These Store Access and Store Terms explain how the Lay Your Layer Store works.

These terms apply to Store access, Store subscriptions, Layer Credits, Store Credit, creator products, buyer purchases, downloads, exports, voice products, personalisation layers, AI user interfaces, templates, digital items, creator listings, Store visibility, Store payments, Store refunds, Store disputes, creator payouts, Store safety, and Store misuse.

These Store Terms should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AI Safety Notice, Consent and Data Use Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Stop Loss Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Payment and Subscription Terms, Creator Terms, Voice Terms, Upload Policy, Export Licence Terms, and any checkout terms shown before purchase.

Lay Your Layer Store is a digital Store for personalised AI-related digital products, layers, creator products, voice products, templates, AI user interfaces, personalisation tools, Store Credits, Layer Credits, downloads, exports, and other eligible digital items.

2. IMPORTANT SUMMARY

Store access is a digital subscription feature.

Store access may be required before a user can see, browse, buy, download, export, review, sell, list, or access Store items.

Current draft pricing describes Store access as £1.50 per month.

Store access begins immediately where supplied after payment.

Store access charges are non-refundable once access begins, except where the law requires otherwise.

Store purchases are digital purchases.

Store items may be supplied, accessed, downloaded, exported, personalised, or used immediately.

Store purchases are non-refundable once supplied, accessed, downloaded, exported, personalised, or used, except where the law requires otherwise.

Users may cancel Store access at any time to stop future Store access billing.

Cancellation does not automatically refund previous Store access charges.

3. WHAT THE STORE MAY INCLUDE

The Lay Your Layer Store may include:

Personalisation layers

AI user interfaces

Layer templates

Prompt packs

Voice packs

Voice profiles

Creator voices

AI setup templates

Digital downloads

Export packages

Creator products

Store Credit

Layer Credits

Design templates

Website templates

App templates

Coding templates

Learning packs

User-created digital products

Digital tools

Personalisation add-ons

Create Unlimited Layers add-ons

Other Lay Your Layer-approved digital items

Not all Store items are available to all users.

Availability may depend on account status, Store access status, payment status, country, age, verification, safety checks, creator rules, export rules, technical availability, and plan terms.

4. STORE ACCESS PAYMENT

Store access may require a paid Store access subscription.

Current draft pricing describes Store access as £1.50 per month.

Store access may be separate from AI Core, Coding Layer, Voice system, Layer Credits, Create Unlimited Layers, downloads, exports, and creator products.

Store access may be required before the Store can be seen.

Paying for Store access does not automatically include free Store products.

Paying for Store access does not automatically include exports.

Paying for Store access does not automatically include creator products.

Paying for Store access does not automatically include Layer Credits.

Paying for Store access does not automatically include Voice products.

Store access gives access only to Store visibility and eligible Store features according to the user’s plan.

5. IMMEDIATE STORE ACCESS AGREEMENT

Before Store access begins, the user may be required to agree:

I understand that Store access is a digital subscription feature.

I understand that Store access may begin immediately after payment.

I understand that once Store access begins, the Store access charge is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

I understand I can cancel Store access at any time to stop future Store access billing.

6. STORE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Before buying a Store item, the user may be required to agree:

I request immediate access to the selected Lay Your Layer Store item, creator product, Layer Credit, Store Credit, voice product, download, export, personalisation layer, AI user interface, template, or digital service.

I understand that the selected Store item may be supplied, accessed, downloaded, exported, personalised, or used immediately.

I understand that once supplied, accessed, downloaded, exported, personalised, or used, the purchase is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

I confirm that I am authorised to use the payment method.

I understand that if I use a payment method without authority, Lay Your Layer may suspend access, remove digital items, preserve evidence, report suspected fraud, and seek recovery of losses from the responsible person where lawful.

7. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY

Buyers are responsible for checking Store item information before buying.

Before buying, buyers should check:

Whether voice rights are included

Whether resale is allowed

Buyers should not buy if they do not understand what they are buying.

8. NO REFUNDS AFTER DIGITAL SUPPLY

Store access and Store purchases are generally non-refundable once supplied, accessed, downloaded, exported, personalised, or used, except where the law requires otherwise.

Layer Credits

Store Credit

Creator products

Voice products

Downloads

Exports

Personalisation layers

AI user interfaces

Templates

Digital files

Digital add-ons

Digital services

Create Unlimited Layers add-ons

Custom digital products

A user changing their mind after immediate digital supply does not automatically create a refund right.

A user not liking a Store item after access does not automatically create a refund right.

A user failing to read the Store description does not automatically create a refund right.

A user downloading or exporting an item and then claiming they no longer want it does not automatically create a refund right.

9. RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE REMOVED

Nothing in these Store Terms removes rights that cannot legally be removed.

If the law requires a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation right, or other remedy, Lay Your Layer will follow the law.

If these Store Terms conflict with mandatory consumer protection law, the mandatory legal right applies.

10. CREATOR PRODUCTS

Some Store items may be created by Lay Your Layer.

Some Store items may be created by users, creators, partners, or third parties.

Creator products are the responsibility of the creator who listed them, subject to Lay Your Layer’s Store rules and moderation.

Lay Your Layer may review, approve, reject, remove, suspend, hide, restrict, or delist creator products.

Lay Your Layer does not guarantee that creator products will meet every buyer expectation.

Buyers should check the listing before buying.

Creators must not mislead buyers.

11. CREATOR PRODUCT LICENCE

Unless a Store listing clearly says otherwise, buying a creator product gives the buyer a limited digital licence to use that product inside Lay Your Layer or according to the product licence.

Buying a creator product does not automatically transfer ownership of the creator’s intellectual property.

Buying a creator product does not automatically give resale rights.

Buying a creator product does not automatically give export rights.

Buying a creator product does not automatically give commercial rights.

Buying a creator product does not automatically give rights to copy, redistribute, resell, modify, publish, or transfer the product outside Lay Your Layer.

The Store listing or product licence should explain what rights are included.

12. STORE ITEM RIGHTS

Store items may have different rights.

A Store item may include:

Personal use only

Commercial use

Internal business use

Export allowed

Export not allowed

Resale allowed

Resale not allowed

Modification allowed

Modification not allowed

Voice use allowed

Voice use limited

Download allowed

Download not allowed

Lay Your Layer-only use

Creator licence terms

Custom licence terms

Buyers must follow the licence terms for the Store item.

13. LAYER CREDITS AND STORE CREDIT

Lay Your Layer may offer Layer Credits or Store Credit.

Layer Credits and Store Credit are closed-platform digital credits for eligible Lay Your Layer in-platform purchases only.

Layer Credits and Store Credit:

Are not cash

Are not cryptocurrency

Are not a bank account

Are not an investment

Have no cash value outside Lay Your Layer

Cannot be withdrawn as money

Cannot be transferred outside Lay Your Layer unless Lay Your Layer allows it

Cannot be resold unless Lay Your Layer gives written permission

Can only be used for eligible Lay Your Layer purchases

Layer Credit and Store Credit purchases are non-refundable once supplied, except where the law requires otherwise.

14. LAYER CREDIT MISUSE

Users must not misuse Layer Credits or Store Credit.

Users must not:

Buy credits with stolen payment methods

Buy credits and falsely dispute the payment

Spend credits and then claim false non-delivery

Resell credits without permission

Transfer credits outside Lay Your Layer unless allowed

Use credits for fraud

Use credits for money laundering

Use credits to bypass Store rules

Use credits to avoid platform fees

Use credits to abuse creators

Use credits to manipulate Store activity

Lay Your Layer may freeze, remove, reverse, restrict, or cancel Layer Credits or Store Credit where misuse is suspected.

15. STORE PAYMENT VERIFICATION

Lay Your Layer may require Stop Loss verification before Store access, Store purchases, Layer Credit purchases, Store Credit purchases, downloads, exports, creator products, or high-risk Store activity.

Verification may include:

3D Secure

Strong Customer Authentication

Bank app approval

Payment provider fraud checks

Cardholder-authority confirmation

Age confirmation

Camera verification where required and clearly consented

Microphone verification where required and clearly consented

Liveness check where required and clearly consented

Manual review

Third-party verification

Lay Your Layer will not intentionally activate camera or microphone secretly.

If verification is refused, Lay Your Layer may refuse the transaction, delay access, block Store access, block Layer Credits, block downloads, block exports, freeze the account, cancel the order, or require another lawful verification method.

16. STORE AGE RULES

Users must be 18 or over to buy paid Store access, Layer Credits, creator products, voice products, downloads, exports, subscriptions, or other paid Store items unless Lay Your Layer clearly allows guardian-approved use.

Users must not lie about age.

Users must not use a parent’s, guardian’s, partner’s, business’s, or another person’s payment method without permission.

Users must not help a child bypass age checks, guardian checks, payment checks, Store checks, voice checks, creator checks, or export checks.

17. PROHIBITED STORE ITEMS

Creators must not list, sell, upload, publish, or distribute Store items that include:

Illegal content

Stolen content

Trademark-infringing content

Private data without permission

Passwords

Private keys

Recovery phrases

Payment secrets

Malware

Spyware

Phishing tools

Fraud tools

Hacking tools

Abuse tools

Dangerous instructions

Weapons instructions

Explosive instructions

Self-harm instructions

Child sexual abuse material

Sexual content involving under-18s

Grooming content

Non-consensual intimate content

Hateful content

Extremist content

Terrorist content

Threats

Harassment tools

Doxing material

Unlawful surveillance tools

Unauthorised voice clones

Unauthorised image or likeness material

Misleading medical, legal, financial, or safety claims

Lay Your Layer may remove prohibited Store items without refund or payout, except where the law requires otherwise.

18. VOICE PRODUCTS IN THE STORE

Voice products may include voice packs, voice profiles, voice tools, voice templates, voice creator listings, or other audio products.

Creators must not list or sell a voice unless they have the required rights and consent.

Users must not buy or use voice products for fraud, impersonation, scams, harassment, abuse, non-consensual sexual content, child exploitation, or misleading identity use.

Lay Your Layer may require additional consent, verification, age checks, or rights checks for voice products.

Lay Your Layer may remove voice products where rights, consent, safety, legal, or quality concerns exist.

19. AI USER INTERFACES AND PERSONALISATION LAYERS

The Store may include AI user interfaces, personalisation layers, templates, prompts, workflows, settings, or layer structures.

Buyers understand that AI-related Store items may need setup, configuration, testing, personalisation, and user judgement.

AI-related Store items may not produce perfect results.

AI-related Store items may rely on third-party services, backend AI systems, browser features, user settings, payment status, Store access, or technical availability.

A Store item not producing the exact result the buyer imagined does not automatically create a refund right.

20. DOWNLOADS

Some Store items may be downloadable.

Downloads are generally non-refundable once supplied, except where the law requires otherwise.

Users must not share, resell, leak, publish, re-upload, or redistribute downloads unless the product licence allows it.

Lay Your Layer may block downloads during payment disputes, fraud reviews, age checks, rights checks, or verification reviews.

21. EXPORTS

Some Store items may be exportable.

Export rights must be clearly included in the product terms or plan.

Store purchase does not automatically mean export is allowed.

Lay Your Layer may block export where:

Payment is incomplete

Payment is disputed

Payment is reversed

Payment is charged back

Verification is incomplete

Age is unclear

Rights are unclear

The item is not exportable

The creator did not allow export

The item includes third-party restrictions

There is suspected misuse

There is an unpaid balance

The account is not in good standing

Exports are generally non-refundable once supplied, except where the law requires otherwise.

22. STORE REVIEWS AND RATINGS

Lay Your Layer may allow reviews or ratings.

Users must not post fake reviews, paid undisclosed reviews, abusive reviews, threatening reviews, misleading reviews, competitor sabotage, or reviews that include private information.

Lay Your Layer may remove, hide, restrict, or moderate reviews where needed.

Creators must not manipulate reviews.

Buyers must not use review threats to force refunds, free products, or special treatment.

23. STORE SUPPORT

Store support may be provided by Lay Your Layer, the creator, or both, depending on the item.

Support availability may vary.

Store support does not include legal, medical, financial, tax, emergency, or professional advice.

Support may be refused where the user is abusive, unsafe, fraudulent, in breach of terms, or requesting unlawful help.

24. CREATOR PAYOUT HOLDS

Creator payouts may be held, delayed, reduced, reversed, or offset where there is payment risk, Store risk, legal risk, rights risk, fraud risk, chargeback risk, or safety risk.

This may happen where:

Buyer payment is disputed

Buyer payment is reversed

Buyer payment is charged back

Buyer payment is suspected fraud

Buyer payment is unauthorised

Creator product is disputed

Creator product is removed

Creator product infringes rights

Creator product is unsafe

Creator account is under review

There is suspected payout abuse

There is suspected Store abuse

There are unresolved refunds, chargebacks, or legal issues

Lay Your Layer may recover or offset creator payouts where a creator sale is later reversed, disputed, refunded, or found to breach the rules.

25. STORE DISPUTES

A buyer or creator may report a Store issue by contacting:

Account email

Order number

Store item name

Creator name if known

Date of purchase

Description of issue

Screenshots or evidence

Requested outcome

Lay Your Layer may investigate and may approve, reject, restrict, remove, suspend, credit, refund where legally required, or take other action depending on the facts and the law.

26. STORE FRAUD AND ABUSE

Lay Your Layer may suspend, freeze, restrict, terminate, preserve evidence, report suspected fraud, seek recovery, or block access where there is suspected:

Payment fraud

Stolen card use

Child payment misuse

Chargeback abuse

Layer Credit abuse

Store Credit abuse

Creator payout abuse

Fake accounts

Fake reviews

Rights infringement

Stolen content

Store manipulation

Download abuse

Export abuse

Voice misuse

Identity misuse

Refund abuse

Account misuse

Fraud rings

Money laundering

Unlawful activity

27. STORE ACCESS DURING PAYMENT DISPUTES

Lay Your Layer may block Store access during any payment dispute, chargeback, fraud review, unauthorised-payment claim, refund review, verification review, age review, rights review, or unpaid-balance issue.

This may include blocking:

Store browsing

Store purchases

Layer Credit purchases

Creator product access

Downloads

Exports

Voice products

Store listings

Creator dashboards

Payouts

28. USER CONTENT AND STORE LISTINGS

Creators keep their rights in their own content, subject to the licences they grant to Lay Your Layer and buyers.

By listing a Store item, the creator gives Lay Your Layer permission to host, display, preview, market, process, sell, deliver, review, moderate, remove, archive, and support the Store item as needed to operate the Store.

Creators must make sure their listings are accurate, lawful, safe, and not misleading.

Creators must only list content they have the right to use, sell, license, export, or distribute.

29. LAY YOUR LAYER RIGHTS

Lay Your Layer owns or licenses its own platform, Store design, Store rules, platform code, branding, systems, safety tools, prompts, templates, documentation, and service structure.

Users and creators must not copy, clone, scrape, reverse engineer, duplicate, resell, or misuse Lay Your Layer’s Store systems, branding, platform code, safety systems, or private materials without permission.

30. PRODUCT REMOVAL

Lay Your Layer may remove, hide, restrict, suspend, or delist Store items at any time where reasonably needed.

Reasons may include:

Safety concerns

Legal concerns

Payment concerns

Fraud concerns

Quality concerns

Misleading descriptions

Creator account issues

Policy breaches

Voice consent concerns

Identity misuse concerns

Child safety concerns

User complaints

Payment provider requirements

Legal requests

Technical issues

Business reasons

Removal of a Store item does not automatically create a refund right unless the law requires otherwise.

31. STORE AVAILABILITY

Lay Your Layer does not guarantee that the Store will always be available.

Store access may be affected by:

Maintenance

Technical faults

Website issues

AI provider issues

Payment provider issues

Cloud provider issues

Security events

Fraud prevention

Legal review

Payment disputes

Creator disputes

Third-party outages

Business changes

Short Store outages do not automatically create a refund right.

32. CHANGES TO STORE TERMS

Lay Your Layer may update these Store Terms as the Store changes.

Updates may happen because of:

New Store features

New creator tools

New buyer tools

New Layer Credit features

New voice products

New export tools

New payment risks

New safety risks

New laws

Legal review

Technical changes

Business changes

The updated date at the top of these Store Terms should show when they were last changed.
