Website: Lay Your Layer

Contact email: help@layyourlayer.com

Postal address: 51 Ruddles Way, SL4 5SG, Windsor, United Kingdom

1. PURPOSE OF THESE PERSONALISATION LAYER TERMS

These Personalisation Layer Terms explain how Lay Your Layer creates, supplies, configures, trains, adapts, stores, improves, freezes, cancels, exports, and protects personalised digital layers.

These terms apply to personalisation layers, AI Core layers, Coding Layers, Voice layers, Store layers, user settings, user preferences, layer memory, layer structure, AI response style, user instructions, uploaded content, chat history, Store activity, creator activity, buyer activity, export settings, and any other personalised Lay Your Layer feature.

These terms should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AI Safety Notice, Consent and Data Use Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Stop Loss Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Payment and Subscription Terms, Store Access and Store Terms, Export Licence Terms, Voice Terms, Voice Upload Consent, User Content Licence, Upload Policy, Creator Terms, Buyer Terms, Data Retention Policy, Data Deletion Policy, and any checkout or feature-specific terms.

2. IMPORTANT SUMMARY

Lay Your Layer provides bespoke digital personalisation layers.

A personalisation layer may be shaped, configured, trained, adapted, improved, and personalised to the user.

Personalisation may begin immediately after payment or account activation.

Because personalisation may begin immediately, payments are non-refundable once the personalised digital service is supplied, except where the law requires otherwise.

Personalisation does not mean the AI is perfect.

Personalisation does not mean every answer will be accurate.

Personalisation does not mean the user owns Lay Your Layer’s private systems, platform code, backend systems, safety systems, Store systems, payment systems, private prompts, or system architecture.

Personalisation does not automatically unlock export.

Full export may require paid-in-full status, account good standing, verification, safety review, rights review, and completion of the required export payment path.

3. WHAT A PERSONALISATION LAYER IS

A personalisation layer is a digital layer that sits on top of or around AI tools, Store tools, Voice tools, Coding tools, creator tools, buyer tools, and user interface tools.

A personalisation layer may help the system understand:

The user’s preferred style

The user’s projects

The user’s goals

The user’s settings

The user’s chosen tools

The user’s layer structure

The user’s Store activity

The user’s creator activity

The user’s buyer activity

The user’s Voice setup

The user’s Coding setup

The user’s export path

The user’s safety preferences

The user’s account status

The user’s selected memories

The user’s selected training direction

The user’s previous instructions

The user’s feature choices

4. THE STORM LAYER

Lay Your Layer may provide a system identity, base layer, or assistant layer known as “Storm” where used in the service.

The backend AI system used on any given day may change.

The user may be speaking to a Lay Your Layer personalisation layer that sits above one or more backend AI systems.

The “Storm” layer is the service identity, base layer, and personalisation layer structure provided by Lay Your Layer.

Backend AI systems may include third-party AI systems, local AI systems, hosted AI systems, model providers, routing systems, or future AI systems.

Changing the backend AI does not automatically change the user’s rights or payment obligations.

5. PERSONALISATION MAY START IMMEDIATELY

A user may receive immediate personalisation after payment, account activation, Store access, Voice access, Coding access, or other feature activation.

Immediate personalisation may include:

Account setup

Layer setup

User preference setup

Memory setup

Style setup

Instruction setup

AI response shaping

Store setup

Voice setup

Coding setup

Project setup

Safety setup

Training candidate setup

User interface setup

Layer structure setup

Chat personalisation

File personalisation

Export path setup

Because these are digital personalised services, charges are non-refundable once supplied, except where the law requires otherwise.

6. IMMEDIATE PERSONALISATION AGREEMENT

Before personalisation begins, Lay Your Layer may require the user to agree:

I request immediate access to my Lay Your Layer bespoke digital personalisation layer.

I understand that Lay Your Layer may begin being supplied, configured, shaped, trained, adapted, accessed, personalised, or improved immediately.

I understand that my layer may use my selected settings, instructions, content, chat history, preferences, Store activity, Voice activity, Coding activity, and other service activity to personalise my experience.

I understand that once immediate digital personalisation begins, I lose any cancellation right that would otherwise apply to that immediate digital supply, except where the law requires otherwise.

I understand that charges are non-refundable once supplied, except where the law requires otherwise.

I understand I can cancel future billing at any time.

I agree to continue.

42. SURRENDERED OR ABANDONED PERSONALISATION

Where a user cancels, abandons, terminates, freezes, or stops paying without completing the required payment path, Lay Your Layer may treat unpaid export rights as not granted.

Subject to the Privacy Policy, Data Deletion Policy, and applicable law, Lay Your Layer may retain and use surrendered or abandoned layer structure, non-private settings, product improvements, system patterns, training improvements, feedback, operational learnings, and non-private improvements where lawful.
