1. PURPOSE OF THESE BUYER STORE TERMS
These Buyer Store Terms explain the rules for users who buy, access, use, download, export, receive, review, or interact with Store items through Lay Your Layer.
These terms apply to buyers, Store access, Store purchases, Layer Credits, Store Credit, creator products, voice products, templates, personalisation layers, AI user interfaces, downloads, exports, buyer licences, digital delivery, Store disputes, chargebacks, refunds, buyer misuse, and any other buyer activity inside the Lay Your Layer Store.
These Buyer Store Terms should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AI Safety Notice, Consent and Data Use Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Stop Loss Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Payment and Subscription Terms, Store Access and Store Terms, Export Licence Terms, Voice Terms, Voice Upload Consent, User Content Licence, Content Upload Policy, Personalisation Layer Terms, Unlimited Layers Terms, Creator Store Terms, Voice Creator Terms, Copyright Policy, Takedown Policy, and any Store item-specific licence terms.
2. IMPORTANT SUMMARY
The Lay Your Layer Store supplies digital products and digital access.
Buyers may receive immediate digital access after payment.
Store access, Store items, Layer Credits, Store Credit, downloads, exports, creator products, voice products, templates, AI user interfaces, and personalisation layers are generally non-refundable once supplied, accessed, downloaded, exported, personalised, generated, or used, except where the law requires otherwise.
Buying a Store item does not automatically mean the buyer owns it.
Buying a Store item normally gives the buyer a limited licence to use that item according to the listing, checkout, product page, Store Terms, Export Licence Terms, Voice Terms where relevant, and these Buyer Store Terms.
Buyers must not copy, resell, redistribute, leak, modify, reverse engineer, export, publish, transfer, or commercially use Store items unless the licence clearly allows it.
Buyers must not “touch,” tamper with, alter, strip, unlock, bypass, remove protection from, or misuse Store items beyond the licence granted.
3. WHO IS A BUYER
A buyer is any user who:
Pays for Store access
Browses the Store
Buys a Store item
Uses Layer Credits
Uses Store Credit
Receives a creator product
Receives a voice product
Receives a template
Receives a personalisation layer
Receives an AI user interface
Receives a download
Receives an export
Receives a free Store item
Receives a promotional Store item
Reviews a Store item
Uses a Store item inside Lay Your Layer
4. STORE ACCESS
Store access may be required before a buyer can see, browse, buy, download, export, review, or use Store items.
Current Storm draft pricing describes Store access as £1.50 per month.
Store access is a digital subscription feature.
Store access may begin immediately after payment.
Store access charges are non-refundable once access begins, except where the law requires otherwise.
A buyer may cancel Store access at any time to stop future Store access billing.
Cancellation does not automatically refund previous Store access charges.
5. STORE ITEM PURCHASES
Store item purchases may include:
Creator products
Voice products
Voice packs
Voice profiles
Personalisation layers
AI user interfaces
Templates
Prompt packs
Coding templates
Design templates
Website templates
App templates
Learning packs
Digital downloads
Export packages
Layer Credits
Store Credit
Digital tools
Digital add-ons
Other approved digital items
Each Store item may have its own licence, restrictions, features, and access rules.
The buyer must check the listing before buying.
6. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY BEFORE PURCHASE
Before buying, the buyer should check:
Item name
Creator name
Price
What is included
What is not included
Whether Store access is required
Whether Layer Credits are required
Whether download is included
Whether export is included
Whether commercial use is included
Whether resale is allowed
Whether modification is allowed
Whether voice rights are included
Whether AI generation is included
Whether support is included
Whether updates are included
Whether the item is personalised
Whether the item is immediate digital content
Whether extra licence terms apply
Whether the item is suitable for the buyer’s needs
The buyer should not buy if they do not understand what they are buying.
7. IMMEDIATE DIGITAL SUPPLY AGREEMENT
Before buying a Store item, Lay Your Layer may require the buyer to agree:
I request immediate access to the selected Lay Your Layer Store item, creator product, Layer Credit, Store Credit, voice product, download, export, personalisation layer, AI user interface, template, or digital service.
I understand that the selected Store item may be supplied, accessed, downloaded, exported, personalised, generated, or used immediately.
I understand that once supplied, accessed, downloaded, exported, personalised, generated, or used, the purchase is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
I understand that buying a Store item gives me only the licence stated in the listing, checkout, product page, Store Terms, Export Licence Terms, Voice Terms where relevant, and Buyer Store Terms.
I understand that I must not copy, resell, redistribute, leak, modify, export, publish, transfer, or commercially use the item unless the licence clearly allows it.

8. BUYER LICENCE
Buying a Store item gives the buyer a limited licence.
Unless the listing clearly says otherwise, the buyer licence is:

Limited
Non-exclusive
Non-transferable
Non-sublicensable
Revocable where lawful if the buyer breaches the rules
For use only inside Lay Your Layer where export is not included
Subject to payment status
Subject to Store access
Subject to the Store item licence
Subject to these Buyer Store Terms
Subject to the Export Licence Terms where export is included
Subject to the Voice Terms where voice is included
Subject to the Acceptable Use Policy
9. NO AUTOMATIC OWNERSHIP TRANSFER
Buying a Store item does not automatically transfer ownership to the buyer.
Buying a Store item does not automatically give the buyer ownership of:
The creator’s intellectual property
Lay Your Layer platform materials
Lay Your Layer system architecture
Lay Your Layer code
Lay Your Layer private prompts
Lay Your Layer safety systems
Lay Your Layer payment systems
Lay Your Layer Stop Loss systems
Lay Your Layer Store systems
Third-party materials
Voice rights
Image rights
Likeness rights
Brand rights
Open-source materials beyond their licence
Backend systems
Admin systems
Other users’ content
10. NO TOUCHING BEYOND LICENCE
The buyer must not touch, tamper with, alter, unlock, bypass, interfere with, strip, scrape, copy, clone, reverse engineer, extract, leak, resell, redistribute, publish, or misuse any Store item beyond the licence granted.
This includes not touching or interfering with:
Creator protection notices
Licence notices
Watermarks
Ownership notices
Metadata
Usage limits
Export controls
Download controls
Voice controls
Store controls
Layer Credit controls
Safety controls
Payment controls
Anti-fraud controls
Creator payout controls
Access locks
Private prompts
Private settings
Backend files
System files
Security controls
Hidden files
Locked code
Restricted templates
11. MODIFICATION RULE
A buyer may not modify a Store item unless the licence clearly allows modification.
If modification is allowed, the buyer must still follow:
The Store item licence
Creator terms
Voice terms where relevant
Export terms where relevant
Third-party licence terms
Open-source licence terms
Privacy law
Copyright law
Acceptable Use Policy
Any commercial-use restrictions
Modifying a Store item does not automatically make the buyer the owner of the original item.
12. NO RESALE UNLESS ALLOWED
A buyer must not resell a Store item unless the licence clearly allows resale.
No resale right exists unless Lay Your Layer, the creator, or the Store item licence clearly grants it.
Resale may require:
Paid-in-full status
Store access
Creator permission
Export licence
Resale licence
Commercial licence
White-label licence
Platform fee
Rights clearance
Safety clearance
Payment clearance
13. NO REDISTRIBUTION UNLESS ALLOWED
A buyer must not redistribute a Store item unless the licence clearly allows redistribution.
The buyer must not:
Share the file publicly
Upload it to another marketplace
Send it to other people
Post it online
Give it away
Sell copies
Publish download links
Leak export files
Share private access links
Repackage it as their own
Claim it as their own work
14. NO COMMERCIAL USE UNLESS ALLOWED
A buyer must not use a Store item commercially unless the licence clearly allows commercial use.
Commercial use may include:
Client work
Business use
Paid products
Commercial websites
Commercial apps
Commercial AI interfaces
Commercial voice use
Paid templates
Marketing campaigns
Paid services
Store resale
White-label products
Public commercial downloads
Personal-use purchases do not include commercial use.
15. NO EXPORT UNLESS INCLUDED
Store purchase does not automatically include export.
A buyer may only export a Store item where export is clearly included in the listing, checkout, product page, or written licence.
Export may require:
Export licence
Payment clearance
Paid-in-full status
Store access
Creator permission
Voice consent where relevant
Rights clearance
Safety clearance
Stop Loss clearance
No chargeback risk
No unpaid balance
Account good standing
16. NO DOWNLOAD UNLESS INCLUDED
Store purchase does not automatically include download.
A buyer may only download a Store item where download is clearly included.
Downloads are generally non-refundable once supplied, except where the law requires otherwise.
The buyer must not share, leak, resell, republish, clone, or redistribute downloads unless the licence clearly allows it.
17. LAY YOUR LAYER-ONLY ITEMS
Some Store items may be Lay Your Layer-only.
A Lay Your Layer-only item may be used only inside Lay Your Layer.
The buyer must not export, download, copy, transfer, publish, resell, or use the item outside Lay Your Layer unless the licence clearly allows it.
18. PERSONAL-USE ITEMS
Some Store items may be personal-use only.
Personal-use items may be used only for the buyer’s own personal, non-commercial use.
The buyer must not use personal-use items for:
Client work
Business services
Paid products
Store resale
Commercial websites
Commercial apps
Public downloads
White-label products
Commercial voice use
Commercial AI interfaces
19. BUSINESS-USE ITEMS
Some Store items may allow internal business use.
Internal business use may allow the buyer to use the item inside their own business.
Internal business use does not automatically include resale, redistribution, sublicensing, client delivery, export, public sale, or white-label use unless clearly allowed.
20. COMMERCIAL-LICENCE ITEMS
Some Store items may include a commercial licence.
A commercial licence may allow business use, marketing use, client work, or other commercial use depending on the listing.
Commercial licence does not automatically include resale, redistribution, sublicensing, white-label use, or export unless clearly allowed.
21. VOICE STORE ITEMS
Voice Store items are restricted.
Buying a Voice Store item does not automatically mean the buyer owns the voice.
Buying a Voice Store item does not automatically allow impersonation.
Buying a Voice Store item does not automatically allow commercial use.
Buying a Voice Store item does not automatically allow export.
Buying a Voice Store item does not automatically allow resale.
The buyer must not use voice products for:
Fraud
Scams
Impersonation
Fake evidence
Fake consent
Fake payment authority
Harassment
Abuse
Threats
Blackmail
Non-consensual sexual content
Child exploitation
Identity misuse
Deepfake deception
Misleading public statements
Unlawful activity
22. AI USER INTERFACE ITEMS
AI user interface Store items may include interfaces, layouts, prompts, settings, templates, workflows, or layer structures.
Buying an AI user interface item does not automatically give the buyer ownership of Lay Your Layer systems, backend AI systems, private prompts, platform code, safety systems, payment systems, or Store systems.
AI user interface items may not produce perfect results.
The buyer is responsible for testing and reviewing outputs before use.
23. PERSONALISATION LAYER ITEMS
Personalisation layer Store items may include settings, prompts, workflows, memory structures, UI structures, voice settings, coding settings, Store settings, or templates.
Buying a personalisation layer item does not guarantee perfect AI behaviour.
The buyer must not use personalisation layer items to bypass safety, commit fraud, impersonate people, abuse payments, steal data, or break the law.
24. TEMPLATE ITEMS
Template items may include website templates, app templates, coding templates, document templates, design templates, prompt templates, Store templates, Voice templates, or layer templates.
Buying a template does not automatically give resale, redistribution, export, or commercial rights unless the licence clearly allows it.
The buyer is responsible for adapting, checking, and testing templates before use.
25. CODE ITEMS
Code Store items may include snippets, scripts, app files, website files, templates, or technical packages.
The buyer is responsible for testing code before use.
The buyer must not use code items for hacking, malware, phishing, spyware, ransomware, fraud, unauthorised access, payment abuse, security bypass, data theft, or unlawful activity.
Code items may include open-source or third-party licence obligations.
26. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS
Store items may contain third-party materials.
Third-party materials may include:
Open-source code
Fonts
Icons
Images
Audio
Video
Models
Libraries
Frameworks
Software packages
APIs
Plugins
Templates
Datasets
Third-party materials may have their own licence terms.
The buyer must follow any third-party licence terms that apply.
27. OPEN-SOURCE MATERIALS
Store items may include open-source software.
Open-source licences may require attribution, licence notices, source-code disclosure, modification notices, same-licence sharing, or other obligations.
The buyer is responsible for checking open-source obligations before public or commercial use.
28. LAYER CREDITS AND STORE CREDIT
Lay Your Layer may offer Layer Credits or Store Credit.
Layer Credits and Store Credit are closed-platform digital credits for eligible Lay Your Layer in-platform purchases only.
Layer Credits and Store Credit:
Are not cash
Are not cryptocurrency
Are not a bank account
Are not an investment
Have no cash value outside Lay Your Layer
Cannot be withdrawn as money
Cannot be transferred outside Lay Your Layer unless Lay Your Layer allows it
Cannot be resold unless Lay Your Layer gives written permission
Can only be used for eligible Lay Your Layer purchases
Layer Credit and Store Credit purchases are non-refundable once supplied, except where the law requires otherwise.
29. LAYER CREDIT BUYER MISUSE
Buyers must not misuse Layer Credits or Store Credit.
Buyers must not:
Buy credits with stolen payment methods
Buy credits and falsely dispute the payment
Spend credits and then claim false non-delivery
Resell credits without permission
Transfer credits outside Lay Your Layer unless allowed
Use credits for fraud
Use credits for money laundering
Use credits to bypass Store rules
Use credits to avoid platform fees
Use credits to abuse creators
Use credits to manipulate Store activity
Lay Your Layer may freeze, remove, reverse, restrict, or cancel Layer Credits or Store Credit where misuse is suspected.
30. PAYMENT AUTHORITY
Buyers must only use payment methods they are authorised to use.
Buyers must not use:
Stolen cards
Another person’s card without permission
A parent’s card without permission
A guardian’s card without permission
A partner’s card without permission
A business card without authority
A PayPal account without authority
An Apple Pay account without authority
A Google Pay account without authority
A bank account without authority
A payment wallet without authority
A payment method obtained through fraud
A payment method connected to identity misuse
31. PAYMENT VERIFICATION
Lay Your Layer may require payment verification before Store access, Store purchases, Layer Credit purchases, Store Credit purchases, downloads, exports, creator products, or high-risk Store activity.
Verification may include:
3D Secure
Strong Customer Authentication
Bank app approval
Payment provider fraud checks
Cardholder-authority confirmation
Age confirmation
Camera verification where required and clearly consented
Microphone verification where required and clearly consented
Liveness check where required and clearly consented
Manual review
Third-party verification
Stop Loss checks
Lay Your Layer will not intentionally activate camera or microphone secretly.
32. REFUSAL OF VERIFICATION
If a buyer refuses required verification, Lay Your Layer may:
Refuse the transaction
Cancel the order
Delay digital access
Block Store access
Block Layer Credits
Block downloads
Block exports
Block creator purchases
Freeze the account
Require another lawful verification method
Limit access to support only
Refusing verification does not give the buyer a right to receive high-risk digital access without verification.
33. NO REFUNDS AFTER DIGITAL SUPPLY
Store purchases are generally non-refundable once supplied, accessed, downloaded, exported, personalised, generated, or used, except where the law requires otherwise.
This applies to:
Store access
Layer Credits
Store Credit
Creator products
Voice products
Downloads
Exports
Personalisation layers
AI user interfaces
Templates
Digital files
Digital add-ons
Digital services
Create Unlimited Layers add-ons
Custom digital products
A buyer changing their mind after digital supply does not automatically create a refund right.
A buyer not liking a Store item after access does not automatically create a refund right.
A buyer failing to read the Store description does not automatically create a refund right.
A buyer downloading or exporting an item and then claiming they no longer want it does not automatically create a refund right.
34. MANDATORY LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in these Buyer Store Terms removes rights that cannot legally be removed.
If the law requires a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation right, or other remedy, Lay Your Layer will follow the law.
If these Buyer Store Terms conflict with mandatory consumer protection law, the mandatory legal right applies.
35. BUYER DISPUTES
A buyer may report a Store problem by contacting:

The report should include:
Account email
Order number
Store item name
Creator name if known
Date of purchase
Description of issue
Screenshots or evidence
Requested outcome
Lay Your Layer may investigate and may approve, reject, restrict, remove, suspend, credit, refund where legally required, or take other action depending on the facts and the law.
36. CHARGEBACK ABUSE
Buyers must not abuse chargebacks.
Chargeback abuse may include:
Buying a Store item and falsely claiming it was not supplied
Buying Layer Credits and disputing after spending them
Downloading a product and disputing after download
Exporting a product and disputing after export
Buying a voice product and disputing after use
Buying Store access and disputing after access
Using a payment method without authority
Creating fake accounts to obtain digital access
Repeatedly buying and disputing
Threatening chargebacks to force benefits
Misusing refund or dispute systems
Lay Your Layer may treat chargeback abuse as a serious breach.
37. PAYMENT DISPUTES AFTER BUYER ACCESS
If a buyer payment is disputed, reversed, charged back, refunded by a payment provider, or reported as unauthorised, Lay Your Layer may:
Suspend the buyer account
Freeze the buyer account
Remove Store access
Remove Layer Credits
Remove Store Credit
Remove creator products
Remove voice products
Remove downloads where possible
Block exports
Block future purchases
Preserve evidence
Respond to the payment provider
Report suspected fraud where lawful
Seek recovery from the responsible person where lawful
38. UNAUTHORISED PAYMENT
If a buyer uses a payment method without authority, Lay Your Layer may suspend access, remove digital items, preserve evidence, report suspected fraud, and seek recovery where lawful.
Using someone else’s payment method without permission may be unlawful.
Buyers must not use a child account, fake account, stolen card, stolen wallet, stolen PayPal account, stolen Apple Pay account, stolen Google Pay account, or unauthorised bank account to buy Store items.
39. CHILD BUYERS
Users under 18 must not buy paid Store access, Layer Credits, Store Credit, creator products, voice products, downloads, exports, subscriptions, or other paid Store items unless Lay Your Layer clearly allows guardian-approved use.
Children must not use a parent’s, guardian’s, partner’s, family member’s, or other person’s payment method without permission.
Lay Your Layer may suspend, restrict, remove, or investigate accounts where age or authority is unclear.
40. BUYER ACCOUNT GOOD STANDING
Store access, downloads, exports, Layer Credits, creator products, and voice products may require account good standing.
A buyer account may not be in good standing if:
Payment failed
Payment is disputed
Payment is reversed
Payment is charged back
Payment is suspected fraud
Payment is unauthorised
Age is unclear
Verification is incomplete
Account is suspended
Account is under review
Buyer breached terms
Buyer misused Store items
Buyer misused Voice items
Buyer misused exports
Buyer has unpaid balances
41. STORE ACCESS DURING DISPUTES
Lay Your Layer may block Store access during any payment dispute, chargeback, fraud review, unauthorised-payment claim, refund review, verification review, age review, rights review, or unpaid-balance issue.
This may include blocking:
Store browsing
Store purchases
Layer Credit purchases
Creator product access
Downloads
Exports
Voice products
Reviews
Buyer library access
Support features connected to Store use
42. BUYER LIBRARY
Lay Your Layer may provide a buyer library where available.
The buyer library may show Store items the buyer has purchased or received.
Library access may depend on:
Store access
Payment status
Account status
Licence status
Creator product status
Voice product status
Rights status
Safety status
Technical availability
No chargeback risk
No unpaid balance
A Store item appearing in the buyer library does not mean the buyer has export, resale, commercial, or ownership rights.
43. CREATOR PRODUCT REMOVAL
Lay Your Layer may remove, restrict, or disable a creator product after purchase where needed.
Reasons may include:
Rights concerns
Voice consent concerns
Child-safety concerns
Safety concerns
Legal concerns
Fraud concerns
Payment concerns
Creator account issues
Misleading listing
Technical issue
Store rule breach
Court order
Regulator request
Payment provider requirement
Removal does not automatically create a refund right unless the law requires otherwise.
44. BUYER ACCESS AFTER CREATOR REMOVAL
Where a buyer has lawfully purchased a Store item, buyer access may continue according to the buyer licence unless the item is removed for serious rights, safety, legal, child-safety, fraud, payment, or policy reasons.
Lay Your Layer may disable buyer access where required by law, rights concerns, payment disputes, serious safety concerns, or platform rules.
45. REVIEWS AND RATINGS
Buyers may leave reviews or ratings where available.
Buyers must not post:
Fake reviews
Paid undisclosed reviews
Abusive reviews
Threatening reviews
Misleading reviews
Competitor sabotage
Private information
Hate content
Harassment
Blackmail
Refund threats
False claims
Lay Your Layer may remove, hide, restrict, or moderate reviews where needed.
46. NO REVIEW EXTORTION
Buyers must not use reviews, ratings, chargebacks, complaints, threats, or public posts to force refunds, free products, free upgrades, extra access, creator payouts, or special treatment.
Lay Your Layer may treat review extortion as misuse.
47. BUYER SUPPORT
Buyer support may be provided by Lay Your Layer, the creator, or both, depending on the item.
Support availability may vary.
Support may be limited by:
Product licence
Plan
Store access
Creator availability
Payment status
Account status
Technical capacity
Safety rules
Legal restrictions
Support does not include unlimited custom work unless clearly included.
48. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Store items are not professional advice unless clearly provided by a qualified professional under a separate written agreement.
Buyers must not treat Store items as a replacement for:
Solicitors
Doctors
Therapists
Financial advisers
Tax advisers
Accountants
Emergency services
Qualified safety professionals
49. AI OUTPUT WARNING
Store items using AI may produce incorrect, incomplete, unsafe, biased, outdated, or unexpected results.
Buyers must review AI outputs before using, publishing, selling, exporting, or relying on them.
Lay Your Layer does not guarantee that AI outputs are unique, accurate, legally safe, commercially safe, or free of third-party rights risk.
50. BUYER CONTENT USED WITH STORE ITEMS
If a buyer uploads or enters content into a Store item, the buyer is responsible for that content.
The buyer must not upload:
Illegal content
Stolen content
Private data without permission
Confidential information without permission
Infringing content
Non-consensual voice content
Non-consensual image content
Child-safety risk material
Malware
Fraud tools
Hacking tools
Payment secrets
Private keys
Passwords
51. STORE ITEM SAFETY LIMITS
Buyers must not use Store items to:
Commit fraud
Run scams
Impersonate people
Steal data
Hack systems
Distribute malware
Run phishing
Harass people
Dox people
Exploit children
Create non-consensual sexual content
Create unlawful deepfakes
Sell stolen content
Infringe rights
Bypass payment systems
Bypass safety systems
Abuse creator products
Mislead customers
Create dangerous instructions
Break the law
52. STORE ITEM EXPORT RECORDS
Lay Your Layer may keep records of buyer Store exports where reasonably needed.
Records may include:
Buyer account email
Order number
Payment reference
Store item name
Creator name
Licence type
Export date
Download date
Verification status
Payment status
Dispute status
IP address
Device information
Support messages
Safety review notes
Rights review notes
These records may be used for payment, fraud prevention, chargeback defence, legal claims, audit, compliance, Store protection, creator protection, safety, security, accounting, tax, and dispute reasons.
53. STORE ITEM DATA RETENTION
Lay Your Layer may retain buyer Store records for as long as reasonably needed for:
Service delivery
Buyer access
Store operation
Creator payouts
Payment disputes
Chargebacks
Fraud prevention
Rights disputes
Safety investigations
Child-safety reports
Legal claims
Accounting
Tax
Compliance
Security
Audit
54. STORE ITEM DELETION
A buyer may request deletion of certain data by contacting:

Deletion may be limited where Lay Your Layer needs to keep records for:

Fraud prevention
Payment disputes

Creator payout records
Buyer access records
Export records
Voice records

Compliance
Security

55. LOSS OF ACCESS AFTER CANCELLATION
If a buyer cancels Store access, the buyer may lose access to Store browsing, Store features, buyer library features, downloads, exports, Layer Credits, Store Credit, and Store support depending on the plan and licence.
Cancellation does not automatically refund previous payments.
Cancellation does not automatically unlock export.
Cancellation does not automatically grant ownership.

56. LOSS OF ACCESS AFTER TERMINATION
If a buyer account is terminated because of misuse, fraud, payment abuse, Store abuse, Voice misuse, Export misuse, rights infringement, unsafe conduct, or breach of Terms, Lay Your Layer may block access to Store items.
Termination does not automatically create a refund right, except where the law requires otherwise.
57. BUYER MISUSE
Buyer misuse may include:
Payment fraud
Stolen card use
Unauthorised payment
Chargeback abuse
Layer Credit abuse
Store Credit abuse
Fake accounts
Fake reviews
Review extortion
Store manipulation
Download abuse
Export abuse
Voice misuse
Identity misuse
Rights infringement
Resale without permission
Redistribution without permission
Commercial use without permission
Tampering with Store items
Trying to unlock protected material
Trying to bypass Store limits
Trying to bypass export limits
Trying to bypass safety controls
58. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS
If a buyer breaks these terms, Lay Your Layer may:
Warn the buyer
Refuse a purchase
Cancel an order
Remove Store access
Remove Layer Credits
Remove Store Credit
Remove buyer library access
Block downloads
Block exports
Block reviews
Suspend account
Freeze account
Terminate account
Preserve evidence
Report suspected fraud where lawful
Seek recovery where lawful
Take legal action where lawful
59. NO REFUND FOR BUYER MISUSE
Buyers who misuse Lay Your Layer may lose access without refund, except where the law requires otherwise.
This may apply where the buyer commits fraud, uses stolen payment methods, abuses chargebacks, breaks Store rules, breaks Voice rules, breaks Export rules, infringes rights, attacks the system, or uses Store items unlawfully.
60. BUYER CHECKOUT WORDING
Before a Store purchase, Lay Your Layer may show:
