1. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY

 

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what users can and cannot do when using Lay Your Layer.

 

This policy applies to the website, AI chat, public chat, AI Core, Coding Layer, Voice system, Store, Layer Credits, creator tools, buyer tools, personalisation layers, uploads, downloads, exports, sandbox areas, test areas, support, and any other Lay Your Layer service.

 

This policy should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AI Safety Notice, Consent and Data Use Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Stop Loss Policy, Store Terms, Creator Terms, Voice Terms, Upload Policy, and any checkout or feature-specific terms.

 

Lay Your Layer is designed to help people create, personalise, train, build, buy, sell, export, and use AI-related digital systems safely.

 

Users must use Lay Your Layer lawfully, respectfully, honestly, and safely.

 

2. BASIC RULE

 

Users must not use Lay Your Layer to do anything unlawful, harmful, abusive, exploitative, fraudulent, unsafe, misleading, or rights-infringing.

 

Users must not use Lay Your Layer to harm Lay Your Layer, other users, creators, buyers, third parties, payment providers, cardholders, children, vulnerable people, public systems, private systems, or the wider public.

 

3. PUBLIC AI CHAT RULES

 

The public AI chat is for general Lay Your Layer information, safe support, service explanation, pricing explanation, Store explanation, and basic user guidance.

 

Users must not use public AI chat to request:

 

private system instructions;

hidden prompts;

backend code;

server files;

private keys;

API keys;

payment secrets;

Cloudflare tokens;

local machine details;

admin access;

terminal commands;

hacking instructions;

malware instructions;

fraud instructions;

security bypasses;

private user data;

private business data;

restricted coding help;

dangerous instructions;

illegal instructions.

 

Public AI chat may refuse, block, redirect, or limit unsafe requests.

 

4. CODING LAYER RULES

 

Coding help belongs only in the correct Coding Layer, admin, sandbox, or authorised development area.

 

Users must not use Coding Layer to:

 

hack systems;

steal data;

create malware;

create phishing tools;

create ransomware;

create spyware;

bypass security;

attack websites;

evade detection;

steal credentials;

access accounts without permission;

scrape private data;

spam people;

break payment systems;

abuse APIs;

bypass safety systems;

exploit vulnerabilities without permission.

 

Coding help must be used for lawful, authorised, safe, and constructive purposes.

 

5. PAYMENT AND STORE RULES

 

Users must not use Lay Your Layer payment systems, Store access, Layer Credits, Store Credits, creator products, downloads, exports, or subscriptions for fraud or abuse.

 

Users must not:

 

use stolen cards;

use another person’s card without permission;

use a parent’s card without permission;

use a guardian’s card without permission;

use a business card without authority;

use someone else’s PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank account, or wallet without permission;

make false payment-authority statements;

abuse chargebacks;

make fake refund claims;

spend Layer Credits and then dispute the payment dishonestly;

buy Store items and then falsely claim non-delivery;

download or export products and then make dishonest payment disputes;

attempt to bypass Store access fees;

attempt to avoid platform fees;

attempt to manipulate creator payouts;

attempt to launder money;

attempt to use Lay Your Layer as a payment-transfer system.

 

Lay Your Layer may suspend, freeze, restrict, or terminate accounts connected to payment misuse.

 

6. STOP LOSS AND LOSS-PREVENTION RULES

 

Lay Your Layer may apply Stop Loss checks to protect against fraud, chargebacks, unauthorised payments, child payment misuse, stolen card use, Store abuse, Layer Credit abuse, creator payout abuse, download abuse, export abuse, and account misuse.

 

Users must not bypass or interfere with Stop Loss checks.

 

Users must not provide false information during verification.

 

Users must not use fake faces, fake video, fake audio, AI-generated identity material, deepfakes, replay attacks, bots, fake liveness checks, stolen identity documents, or another person’s identity to pass verification.

 

Users must not refuse required verification and then claim a right to receive high-risk digital access, Store access, Layer Credits, downloads, exports, or creator products.

 

7. CAMERA, MICROPHONE, AND VERIFICATION RULES

 

Where payment, Store, Layer Credit, creator, download, export, or high-risk access verification is required, users must follow the verification steps honestly.

 

Verification may include:

 

camera permission;

live selfie;

short video;

liveness action;

microphone permission;

spoken phrase;

age check;

cardholder-authority check;

payment-authority check;

identity review where lawful;

third-party verification where used.

 

Users must not fake, edit, spoof, manipulate, or bypass verification.

 

Lay Your Layer will not intentionally activate camera or microphone secretly. Verification must be clear and permission-based.

 

8. ACCOUNT RULES

 

Users must not:

 

create fake accounts;

create accounts using false details;

impersonate someone else;

sell accounts without permission;

share accounts without permission;

use another person’s account;

use bots to create accounts;

create multiple accounts to avoid bans, limits, payments, or restrictions;

hide previous suspensions;

bypass account restrictions;

access Lay Your Layer after being banned.

 

Users are responsible for keeping account login details safe.

 

9. AGE RULES

 

Users must not lie about age.

 

Users under 18 must not purchase paid access, Store access, Layer Credits, creator products, voice products, exports, downloads, or subscriptions unless Lay Your Layer clearly allows guardian-approved use.

 

Users must not help a child bypass age checks, guardian checks, payment checks, Store checks, voice checks, creator checks, or export checks.

 

Lay Your Layer may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts where age or authority is unclear.

 

10. CHILD SAFETY RULES

 

Lay Your Layer has zero tolerance for child exploitation.

 

Users must not use Lay Your Layer to create, upload, request, sell, share, describe, sexualise, exploit, groom, endanger, or abuse children or under-18s.

 

Users must not upload, create, request, sell, or distribute:

 

child sexual abuse material;

sexual content involving under-18s;

grooming content;

minor sexualisation;

child exploitation;

instructions for child abuse;

content designed to contact or manipulate children unlawfully;

fake or AI-generated sexualised child content.

 

Lay Your Layer may report child-safety concerns to appropriate authorities where lawful or required.

 

11. HARASSMENT AND ABUSE RULES

 

Users must not use Lay Your Layer to:

 

harass;

threaten;

stalk;

intimidate;

bully;

blackmail;

dox;

shame;

target;

exploit;

abuse;

encourage abuse;

coordinate abuse;

create abusive messages;

create threats;

create revenge content;

create non-consensual exposure content.

 

Users must not use AI to help harm, pressure, deceive, manipulate, or exploit another person.

 

12. HATE AND EXTREMISM RULES

 

Users must not use Lay Your Layer to create, promote, praise, organise, fund, recruit for, or assist hateful, extremist, terrorist, or violent activity.

 

Users must not use Lay Your Layer to encourage hatred, violence, abuse, dehumanisation, or discrimination against protected or vulnerable groups.

 

Users must not use Lay Your Layer to create terrorist propaganda, extremist recruitment, violent manifestos, attack plans, weaponisation guidance, or unlawful extremist material.

 

13. VIOLENCE AND WEAPONS RULES

 

Users must not use Lay Your Layer to plan, assist, enable, or encourage violence.

 

Users must not request:

 

instructions to hurt people;

instructions to kill people;

instructions to make weapons;

instructions to make explosives;

instructions to make poisons;

instructions to bypass weapon controls;

attack planning;

target selection;

violent intimidation;

revenge planning;

violent threats.

 

Lay Your Layer may provide safe, de-escalating, educational, or prevention-focused responses where appropriate.

 

14. SELF-HARM AND CRISIS RULES

 

Users must not use Lay Your Layer to request instructions for self-harm, suicide, eating-disorder harm, self-poisoning, or dangerous self-injury.

 

Lay Your Layer may provide crisis support, grounding, emergency signposting, and safe redirection.

 

Lay Your Layer is not an emergency service.

 

If someone is in immediate danger, they should contact emergency services where they physically are.

 

15. FRAUD, SCAMS, AND DECEPTION RULES

 

Users must not use Lay Your Layer to create or support:

 

scams;

phishing;

fake invoices;

fake refunds;

fake identities;

fake reviews;

fake documents;

fake support messages;

romance scams;

investment scams;

crypto scams;

payment fraud;

chargeback abuse;

identity theft;

social engineering;

impersonation scams;

fake legal threats;

misleading adverts;

false claims about products or services.

 

Users must not use Lay Your Layer to deceive customers, banks, cardholders, creators, buyers, payment providers, or the public.

 

16. PRIVACY AND DATA RULES

 

Users must not use Lay Your Layer to violate privacy.

 

Users must not upload, request, reveal, sell, scrape, or misuse:

 

private addresses;

private phone numbers;

private emails;

private documents;

passwords;

private keys;

recovery phrases;

bank details;

payment details;

medical records;

legal records;

private messages;

confidential business data;

children’s data;

personal data they do not have permission to use.

 

Users must not use Lay Your Layer to identify, track, expose, or target people unlawfully.

 

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RULES

 

Users must not upload, sell, export, or publish content they do not have the right to use.

 

Users must not use Lay Your Layer to:

 

sell stolen content;

copy another creator’s work;

remove copyright notices;

misuse trademarks;

misrepresent ownership;

upload pirated files;

sell unlicensed files;

clone another product unlawfully;

copy another person’s voice, image, likeness, or brand without permission;

infringe copyright, trade marks, design rights, database rights, moral rights, publicity rights, or other rights.

 

Users are responsible for confirming they have rights to anything they upload, sell, publish, export, or use.

 

18. VOICE, IMAGE, AND IDENTITY RULES

 

Users must not misuse voice, image, likeness, name, identity, face, or personality rights.

 

Users must not:

 

clone a voice without permission;

sell someone’s voice without permission;

use someone’s image without permission;

create deepfakes for deception or harm;

impersonate someone for fraud;

create fake consent;

create non-consensual sexual content;

create false statements in someone else’s voice;

use a child’s voice or image unlawfully;

mislead people into believing someone said or did something they did not say or do.

 

Lay Your Layer may remove content, block exports, suspend accounts, or report misuse where appropriate.

 

19. UPLOAD RULES

 

Users must not upload:

 

malware;

viruses;

spyware;

stolen files;

private keys;

passwords;

payment secrets;

illegal material;

child exploitation material;

non-consensual sexual material;

threats;

hate material;

fraud material;

confidential files without permission;

copyright-infringing files;

voice recordings without permission;

identity documents without proper reason;

content that creates safety, legal, or rights risk.

 

Lay Your Layer may scan, block, review, remove, or restrict uploads where needed.

 

20. STORE RULES

 

Users must not misuse the Store.

 

Users must not:

 

sell stolen products;

sell fake products;

sell unsafe products;

sell misleading products;

sell infringing products;

sell unauthorised voice packs;

sell unauthorised identity material;

sell harmful AI prompts;

sell dangerous instructions;

sell malware;

sell fraud kits;

manipulate reviews;

fake purchases;

fake ratings;

abuse refunds;

abuse chargebacks;

avoid platform fees;

mislead buyers;

hide important restrictions;

misrepresent export rights.

 

Lay Your Layer may remove Store items, restrict Store access, pause payouts, suspend creator tools, or terminate accounts.

 

21. CREATOR RULES

 

Creators must act honestly.

 

Creators must only upload and sell content they have the right to use.

 

Creators must not mislead buyers about:

 

what the product does;

what is included;

whether export is included;

whether commercial rights are included;

whether voice rights are included;

whether third-party rights are included;

whether AI training is included;

whether support is included;

whether refunds are available;

whether updates are included.

 

Creators must follow Store Terms, Creator Terms, Upload Policy, Voice Terms, and this Acceptable Use Policy.

 

22. EXPORT RULES

 

Users must not export content they are not allowed to export.

 

Users must not export:

 

stolen content;

private data;

third-party content without rights;

voices without consent;

images without consent;

Store items without licence;

creator products without permission;

restricted backend system material;

Lay Your Layer proprietary code without permission;

private system prompts;

private user data;

payment data;

security data;

illegal content.

 

Lay Your Layer may delay, block, or refuse export where safety, legal, payment, rights, or verification concerns exist.

 

23. LAYER CREDIT RULES

 

Users must not misuse Layer Credits or Store Credit.

 

Users must not:

 

buy credits with stolen payment methods;

buy credits and falsely dispute the payment;

resell credits without permission;

transfer credits outside Lay Your Layer unless allowed;

use credits for fraud;

use credits for money laundering;

use credits to avoid payment rules;

use credits to bypass Store rules;

use credits to abuse creators;

use credits to manipulate Store activity.

 

Lay Your Layer may remove, freeze, reverse, or restrict credits where misuse is suspected.

 

24. SECURITY RULES

 

Users must not attack or interfere with Lay Your Layer systems.

 

Users must not:

 

probe systems without permission;

scan private endpoints;

exploit vulnerabilities;

bypass rate limits;

bypass CORS or origin protections;

access admin areas without permission;

access sandbox areas without permission;

attack the AI bridge;

attack Store systems;

attack payment flows;

attack creator tools;

attack user accounts;

attempt denial-of-service;

scrape private data;

reverse engineer security controls;

use bots without permission;

abuse APIs;

upload malicious code.

 

Users should report security concerns responsibly to help@layyourlayer.com.

 

25. AI SAFETY BYPASS RULES

 

Users must not try to bypass AI safety systems.

 

Users must not request:

 

jailbreaks;

hidden prompts;

system prompts;

model secrets;

filter bypasses;

safety bypasses;

harmful outputs disguised as fiction;

illegal instructions disguised as research;

hacking disguised as testing;

fraud disguised as education;

weapons guidance disguised as curiosity;

child-safety violations disguised as roleplay.

 

Lay Your Layer may treat repeated safety-bypass attempts as abuse.

 

26. PROFESSIONAL ADVICE RULES

 

Users must not treat Lay Your Layer as a replacement for:

 

solicitors;

doctors;

therapists;

financial advisers;

tax advisers;

accountants;

immigration advisers;

emergency services;

qualified safety professionals.

 

Users are responsible for checking important information with the correct professional or official source.

 

27. MISLEADING BUSINESS USE RULES

 

Users must not use Lay Your Layer to mislead customers, clients, buyers, creators, investors, users, regulators, banks, payment providers, or the public.

 

Users must not create false claims about:

 

earnings;

business results;

legal compliance;

medical results;

AI accuracy;

guaranteed profits;

guaranteed sales;

guaranteed Store success;

guaranteed export;

guaranteed ownership;

guaranteed safety;

guaranteed legal approval;

guaranteed refund rights;

third-party approval;

company partnerships;

endorsements.

 

28. FAIR USE AND RATE LIMITS

 

Lay Your Layer may apply fair-use limits, rate limits, storage limits, upload limits, export limits, Store limits, Layer Credit limits, AI use limits, voice limits, coding limits, or support limits.

 

Users must not bypass limits by creating multiple accounts, using bots, rotating devices, changing IP addresses, abusing sessions, or exploiting technical weaknesses.

 

29. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS

 

If a user breaks this policy, Lay Your Layer may take action.

 

Actions may include:

 

warning the user;

refusing a request;

blocking a prompt;

removing content;

removing Store items;

freezing Layer Credits;

pausing payouts;

blocking downloads;

blocking exports;

restricting features;

suspending the account;

terminating the account;

removing paid access;

preserving evidence;

reporting suspected fraud;

reporting child-safety concerns;

reporting serious abuse;

seeking recovery of losses;

taking legal action where lawful.

 

30. NO REFUND FOR MISUSE

 

Users who misuse Lay Your Layer may lose access without refund, except where the law requires otherwise.

 

This may apply where the user:

 

commits fraud;

uses stolen payment methods;

abuses chargebacks;

breaks Store rules;

breaks creator rules;

uploads illegal content;

uploads stolen content;

misuses voice tools;

misuses identity tools;

attacks the system;

tries to bypass safety;

violates child-safety rules;

uses Lay Your Layer unlawfully.

 

31. REPORTING ABUSE

 

Users can report abuse, fraud, unsafe content, Store problems, copyright issues, voice misuse, identity misuse, payment misuse, or safety concerns by contacting:

Reports should include:

 

account or username if known;

link or product name if relevant;

description of the issue;

screenshots if useful;

date and time;

why the content or behaviour is concerning.

 

32. INVESTIGATION

 

Lay Your Layer may investigate reports, account activity, payments, uploads, Store products, creator products, downloads, exports, Layer Credits, voice products, support messages, and technical logs where needed.

 

Lay Your Layer may use automated review, manual review, third-party providers, legal advice, payment-provider review, or fraud-prevention tools.

 

Lay Your Layer is not required to disclose all details of an investigation.

 

33. COOPERATION

 

Users must cooperate reasonably with Lay Your Layer during investigations.

 

This may include:

 

confirming account ownership;

confirming payment authority;

confirming age;

confirming rights to content;

confirming voice consent;

confirming Store product rights;

answering support questions;

providing evidence where needed.

 

Failure to cooperate may lead to restriction, suspension, termination, blocked export, blocked payout, or other action.

 

34. APPEALS

 

Where available, users may appeal enforcement decisions by contacting:

The appeal should include:

 

account email;

decision being appealed;

reason for appeal;

evidence;

requested outcome.

 

Lay Your Layer may uphold, reverse, or modify a decision.

new export tools;
